Software Engineer at Core One

Role Overview

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications and internal tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust, scalable, and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and solve user pain points.
  • Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate with internal and third-party systems.
  • Design and maintain tools that improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant software development experience.
  • Experience with API development and Linux scripting.
  • Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases.

Desired Qualifications

  • End to end workflow experience.
  • Experience on Sponsor systems.
  • Advanced certifications such as DevOps Engineer – Professional.
  • Knowledge in additional programming languages or frameworks.
  • Experience in building internal tools.
  • Understanding of usability and UX principles.
