Overview
Core Edge Solutions is building the next evolution of decentralized systems and seeks a Blockchain Protocol Engineer – Rust & AI Consensus who thrives at the intersection of Rust programming, advanced cryptography, and AI-enhanced consensus models.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a performant, scalable blockchain layer in Rust.
- Combine AI models and cryptographic consensus mechanisms into a dual-consensus protocol.
- Research and apply post-quantum cryptographic techniques including lattice-based systems.
- Work with zero-knowledge proofs, homomorphic encryption and other privacy-first mechanisms.
- Integrate Solidity/Move smart contracts for AI-on-chain operations.
- Design network-layer components such as validator performance and messaging latency.
- Co-develop DAO governance logic and cross-chain interoperability modules.
- Build developer SDKs, CLI tools, APIs, and accompanying documentation.
What You Bring
- Expert-level Rust skills with blockchain development experience (Substrate, Cosmos SDK, etc.).
- Smart contract fluency in Solidity or Move.
- Strong grasp of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of quantum-resistant security techniques, e.g., STARKs/SNARKs.
- Background in AI integration, LLM orchestration, or agent-based protocols.
- Experience with P2P networks, EVM/WASM internals and performance optimization.
