The Technical Account Manager Role

Technical Account Managers at Coralogix are crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping them efficiently utilize their observability and security data. We are seeking hard-working, sharp, and humble professionals with proven technical customer-facing experience.

As trusted advisors, our Technical Account Managers consult customers throughout their monitoring, security, and observability journey. This senior-level role demands a critical intersection of high technical expertise and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, renewal, and expansion. You will be expected to professionally and accurately solve problems, demonstrate product value, and interact across various platforms and software types, engaging with audiences from software engineers and DevOps to the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve customer’s technical problems by adopting the platform, integrating new data, and utilizing existing integrations.
  • Understand customers' technical requirements and business goals to consistently create new artifacts and deliver value.
  • Lead the onboarding process, from new integrations and artifact creation to trainings and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Log Management / Observability markets to guide customers with best technical practices.
  • Build successful, ongoing game plans for each customer based on specific data analysis and their needs.
  • Establish and engage with technical counterparts to drive product adoption.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers to reflect delivered value and ensure their needs are met.
  • Advocate internally for customer needs within Coralogix, influencing product development roadmap.
  • Partner with the Sales team on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Background knowledge of DevOps / Cloud / Observability.
  • Industry knowledge and informed opinions on Monitoring, Observability, Log Management, SIEM.
  • Hands-on experience in technical integrations and complex troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing positions with excellent customer interaction skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of establishing credibility with executives.
  • Hands-on Engineering/DevOps background – an advantage.
  • Comfortable coding in any high-level programming language (Java, Go, Python) – an advantage.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science / Engineering – an advantage.
  • Experience in SAAS B2B software companies – an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The on-target earnings range for this Technical Account Manager role is $160,000 - $200,000. Your salary will be determined by your experience, skills, education, and work location. Our comprehensive total compensation package includes inclusive employee benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time, and paid time off.
