SRE Team Lead FedRAMP Security
Coralogix is seeking a passionate and experienced Site Reliability Engineer Team Lead to lead our Cloud Infrastructure Team, with a strong focus on Enterprise FedRAMP Cloud Infrastructure. We are a modern, full-stack observability platform that transforms how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture enables in-stream analytics without expensive indexing or hot storage, specializing in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events.
About The Position
Join Coralogix as a Site Reliability Engineer Team Lead and take the helm of our Cloud Infrastructure Team, specializing in Enterprise FedRAMP Cloud Infrastructure. We process 55TB of data daily and are at the forefront of observability solutions, offering features like APM, RUM, SIEM, and Kubernetes monitoring to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Work in high-scale environments, contributing to a data pipeline that processes 55TB of data each day.
- Adopt cutting-edge technologies with end-to-end responsibility.
- Build internal tools to expand our platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with R&D to improve the stability and reliability of the system.
- Lead the product roadmap, influencing the direction of our engineer-focused product.
- Perform operational duties for FedRAMP cloud products, including deployments, on-call support, and incident management.
This role is remote, and employees must be within the EST / CT time zone.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead.
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer/ SRE in production environments.
- At least 2 years of experience with FedRAMP compliance (High/Moderate levels), vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring, including scanning, patching, and reporting is a strong advantage.
- In-depth experience with Kubernetes, with a focus on operating and monitoring.
- High familiarity with monitoring tools such as Coralogix, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Experience in AWS or other cloud providers.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Crossplane, etc.).
- Understanding of networking, from network layers to different networking protocols (HTTP, gRPC, SSL).
- Some software engineering experience, preferably in Golang.
- Experience operating data pipelines is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka is an advantage.

Compensation And Rewards
The earnings range for this role is $230,000 - $350,000. Our total compensation package includes comprehensive benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time, and paid time off.
