About The Position

Coralogix is seeking a Jira-oriented Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity by documenting processes, facilitating collaboration, and creating clear visibility through dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Own planning and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery.
- Jira-Driven Tracking: Build and maintain Jira dashboards, filters, and reports to track KPIs, progress, and risks.
- Process Documentation & Improvement: Define and refine program management processes for scalability and repeatability.
- Facilitation & Alignment: Lead program meetings, sprint retrospectives, and cross-functional syncs to remove blockers.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues rapidly.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Expertise in Jira including dashboards, custom filters, and reporting views.
- Proven process documentation and workflow improvement skills.
- Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, observability, or DevOps/SRE environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and KPI/OKR-driven program execution.
- Experience with scalable process improvement and EazyBI is an advantage.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong Jira expertise.
