About CoPatible
CoPatible is a voice-first, curated experience platform that brings founders together in small, intentionally matched, in-person circles. The platform is designed to facilitate low-pressure experiences for founders at similar life chapters and building stages so that connections feel human, relevant, and aligned.
The Role
We are seeking a Cofounder who deeply understands community, distribution, and real-world experiences. In this role, you will own how CoPatible grows through relationships, experiences, and founder-led distribution. You will build and scale founder communities through curated IRL experiences, design and lead community strategy, and drive early distribution through your network.
- Build and scale founder communities through curated IRL experiences
- Design and lead community strategy rooted in trust and relevance
- Drive early distribution leveraging your founder network
- Partner with founders, operators, investors, and ecosystem leaders
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
Who You Are
You are a former or current founder with deep startup experience, embedded in the founder, startup, or builder ecosystems. You have an extensive network and understand that community is built through intention, not noise.
What This Is Not
This is not a social media role, an influencer or content-first growth role, nor is it focused on mass events or open RSVP networking.
