The Title Express Processor is responsible for assisting auto insurance companies with procurement of vehicle titles, title paperwork, and working with financial institutions and vehicle owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening/scanning mail received.
  • Handling call queues to answer basic Title Express questions, provide claim updates, and direct callers.
  • Creating and sending Total Loss Packets according to state guidelines.
  • Initiating contact with Lien Holders to secure payoff information, Letters of Guarantee, and Copy of Title.
  • Contacting owners/insureds to inform them of upcoming documentation or send customer-specific packets.
  • Following up with owners/insureds for necessary or corrected documents.
  • Following up with Lien Holders for required documents.
  • Sending revised packets to owners/insureds as needed.
  • Meeting internal cycle times and auditable criteria.
  • Reviewing mail for compliance with State guidelines.
