About the Role
The GCFR - Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Copart provides outstanding service to both internal and external customers. Leveraging a deep understanding of Copart's procedures, the CSR effectively resolves issues and facilitates a unique customer experience. The primary responsibility is to secure vehicle releases from various locations, including body shops, other facilities, and residences. This role may also involve other office support functions. As the initial point of contact for many customers, the CSR is the vital face of Copart.
This position will work on call for release for BluCar.
Job Duties
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Potentially expand to include chat and email customer support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Receive calls and make follow-up calls in a timely manner.
- Measured on call quality, including knowledge, professionalism, and timely follow-ups.
- Focus on resolving calls efficiently and utilize company resources to gather information and provide solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with office equipment.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Suite.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $16.04 - $22.00 hourly. For positions in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington, pay ranges from $18.00 - $24.00 hourly.
