The Role
At CookUnity, the Head of FP&A serves as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team. The role is responsible for delivering financial discipline, forward-looking insights, and a deep business perspective to scale a vertically integrated, multi-marketplace business.
- Lead corporate financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Build strategic financial models and scenario analyses.
- Own financial dashboards and KPIs for company performance.
- Present financial results and forecasts to leadership and board.
- Mentor a high-performing FP&A team and drive automation.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align resource planning.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Must demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication, analytical skills, and integrity. The role demands hands-on leadership through change and ambiguity.

Benefits & Compensation
CookUnity offers health insurance, 401k, stock options on Day 1, bonus eligibility, unlimited PTO, sabbatical leave, paid family and compassionate leave. The pay range is $190,000 - $230,000 USD.
Location
This hybrid role is based out of CookUnity's Brooklyn headquarters.
