About the People Operations Generalist Role

Conviva helps top brands identify and act on growth opportunities across mobile and web apps, video streaming services, and Agentic AI experiences. The platform delivers real-time performance analytics to transform customer interactions into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for global employee inquiries regarding benefits, global mobility, and employment-related requests.
  • Manage onboarding processes using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring a smooth new hire orientation.
  • Maintain and update people data, including personnel files, recruitment bonuses, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration including vendor invoice management, purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Innovate and recommend continuous improvements in HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Recruiting, IT, Finance, and Workplace to optimize people operations.
  • Support company events and wellness activities to foster a strong employee-centric culture.

Who You Are & What You've Done

You come with 5+ years of HR operations experience in an early to mid-stage startup environment. You have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, a strong understanding of employment laws, and excellent project management skills. This role requires strong data skills, expertise in MS Excel and related software, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.

Location & Compensation

This position is based in Foster City, CA. The expected salary range is $150,000 - $175,000 along with equity and benefits.
