What You Will Do

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in sectors such as Financial Services and Home Improvement. You will handle inbound leads, turn interest into action including bookings and appointments, and receive real-time coaching to optimize your performance.

  • Handle inbound leads and warm calls
  • Book appointments and enrollments
  • Work a full-time shift scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST
  • Own your performance with clear metrics
  • Receive structured, paid training and mentorship
