Your Role as a Business Development Specialist
In this role, you will be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in industries such as Financial Services and Home Improvement. You handle inbound leads, turn interest into actions such as bookings and appointments, and own your performance with real-time coaching.
- Work a 40-hour week scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST
- No cold prospecting; only warm calls
- Measure success by performance without micromanagement
