About the Business Development Specialist Role

What You Will Do
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in industries like Financial Services and Home Improvement. Your responsibilities include handling inbound leads, converting interest into bookings and appointments, and managing your performance with real-time coaching.
Work Schedule & Responsibilities
- Work a full-time 40-hour shift between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.
- No cold prospecting; only warm inbound calls.
- Earn competitive weekly performance-based pay.
