What You'll Do

As a Business Development Specialist you will be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in industries like Financial Services and Home Improvement. You will handle inbound leads with warm calls (no cold prospecting), convert interest into bookings and appointments, and own your performance, receiving real-time coaching to accelerate your growth. You will work 40 hours a week in a full-time shift scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.
