About the Business Development Specialist Role

What You Will Do
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in industries such as Financial Services and Home Improvement. You will handle inbound leads, convert interest into bookings, appointments, and enrollments, and own your performance with real-time coaching. You will work a full-time shift (40 hrs/wk) scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.
