Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads in industries such as Financial Services and Home Improvement
  • Convert interest into bookings, appointments, and enrollments
  • Take full ownership of performance with real-time coaching
  • Work a full-time shift (40 hrs/week) scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST
