Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads in industries such as Financial Services and Home Improvement
- Convert interest into bookings, appointments, and enrollments
- Take full ownership of performance with real-time coaching
- Work a full-time shift (40 hrs/week) scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST
