About the Role

The Medical Scientific Liaison supports Convatec’s nitric oxide next-generation antimicrobial platform (CNAP). In this role, you will lead national educational initiatives, present at conferences, create scientific and clinical content, and partner with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support product evaluations and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical science expertise: Deliver accurate scientific education and present complex data clearly.
• Educational leadership: Lead national educational programs, webinars, workshops, and peer-to-peer exchanges.
• Develop KOL networks: Establish strategic relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and other stakeholders.
• Clinical and market insight: Gather feedback to inform R&D, clinical studies, and commercial strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams for product launches and compliance.
• Compliance: Ensure all interactions adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a medical scientific liaison or similar role in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry OR clinical practice in wound care. Proven ability to present complex scientific data, with a strong understanding of statistics, scientific interpretation, and the medical device landscape.

Qualifications/Education

PhD, MSc, or a similar higher degree in biological or biomedical sciences or equivalent experience.

Travel & Working Conditions

This position involves national and occasional international travel (up to 75%) with overnight stays. Working is remote with regular internal meetings at national and regional offices and requires attendance at national and occasional international conferences.
