Job Description

The Role

As a Senior Enterprise Technical Account Manager at Contruent, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor to a portfolio of our largest and most complex enterprise customers. You will own the technical health, adoption success, and long-term value realization of your accounts—working proactively to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes from their Contruent investment.

This is not a support role. While you will coordinate escalations when necessary, your primary focus is prevention, optimization, and strategic partnership. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product to drive adoption, support renewals, influence expansion, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Customer Partnership
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts
  • Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and environments
  • Serve as a long-term technical advisor
Proactive Technical Leadership
  • Own technical health of customer environments
  • Conduct assessments, release planning, and best-practice reviews
  • Guide architecture and configuration strategy
Escalation & Issue Leadership
  • Lead resolution of complex technical issues
  • Drive root cause analysis and prevention
  • Maintain confidence during high-impact events
Adoption, Retention & Expansion Support
  • Support renewals with technical insight
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Contribute to QBRs and executive reviews
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as bridge between customers and internal teams
  • Partner with Professional Services
  • Share best practices

What You Bring

  • 7+ years experience in enterprise SaaS or related roles
  • Previous experience using Contruent Enterprise (formerly Ares Prism)
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise customers
  • Project controls or capital project systems expertise
  • Strong communication and executive presence

Additional Details

  • Occasional domestic and international travel
  • Post-sales, non-quota-carrying role supporting retention and expansion
