Overview
The Research Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality of VANTAGE work by overseeing and guiding researchers. The role involves producing clear, analytical, and exceptionally well-written reports that help clients protect their integrity and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide researchers to produce high quality due diligence reports
- Oversee project management, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
- Communicate directly with clients to clarify project scopes and requirements
- Review and approve VANTAGE work, ensuring content and editorial standards are met
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal Business Intelligence teams
- Support training, mentoring, and onboarding of new researchers
- Participate in continuous improvement discussions on service and product offerings
- Assist in recruiting new researchers and maintain quality control
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in writing, researching, and reviewing due diligence reports
- Strong project management with cross-location team experience
- Excellent knowledge of OSINT tools and research techniques
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Full fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of software-based case management solutions
- Experience in a compliance environment within a financial or corporate setting
- Additional language skills and regional socio-political insight
