Communication & Partnership Marketing Specialist at Contrack

We are currently looking for a driven, mid-junior level Communication & Partnership Marketing Specialist to help us scale our market presence, build valuable relationships, and drive lead generation.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
As our Communication & Partnership Marketing Specialist, you will wear multiple hats to drive our growth strategy forward. Your main goals will include:
- Market Research & Segmentation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and clearly segment our target customer base.
- Targeted Lead Generation: Execute strategic, sector-based, and country-focused lead generation campaigns.
- Event & Expo Hunting: Actively identify, hunt, and participate in key industry events, trade shows, and expos to represent the brand.
- LinkedIn Organic Growth: Manage and scale our organic reach on LinkedIn to build community and industry authority.
- Product Material Creation: Design and develop compelling product marketing materials and collateral.
- Communication & Presentations: Craft high-quality external communications and engaging presentations for stakeholders and clients.
- Partnership Program Management: Build, manage, and scale our partnership programs to unlock new business opportunities.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years maximum in a marketing, business development, or partnerships role (this is strictly a mid-junior position).
- Language: Native-level or highly fluent English is a MUST (both written and spoken).
- Tech-Savvy: AI knowledge is a MUST. You should know how to leverage modern AI tools to optimize marketing workflows, content creation, and lead generation.
- Mindset: A self-starter who is highly organized, creative, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
