Accountabilities
- Own Project Plan and Lead Project Team
- Onsite Presence
- Project Close-out
- Customer Satisfaction
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and implement projects under $25K
- Establish project budgets for services
- Manage building information and Certificates of Insurance
- Plan delivery dates and order sequencing for Order Entry
- Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings onsite
- Verify jobsite conditions and schedule labor & install resources
- Review installation drawings and field packets
- Monitor installation work and project schedule
- Manage change orders and oversee punch list process
- Drive timely invoicing and provide project close-out documents
- Evaluate project results
What You Should Have
- Minimum 2 years of project management or supporting experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications or related field
- Knowledge of commercial furniture solutions is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to project details

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $55,000-$72,500 (determined by experience and market considerations).
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, HSA/DCA/FSA options, Paid time off, Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, and a 401k Match.
