How You Will Make An Impact
- Support Canadian market with technical product support and warranty issues.
- Monitor quality assurance processes and controls ensuring safety standards.
- Provide technical training, presentations, and field support for tire products.
- Handle warranty adjudication and provide feedback on tire failure modes.
- Collaborate with sales teams and report performance using Global Warranty system.
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in tire/vehicle technology.
- 2+ years experience in tire or vehicle technology; 4+ years if no degree.
- Ability to stack, unstack and handle commercial vehicle tires and equipment.
- Fluency in English and French with polished presentation skills.
- Home office near an airport and readiness for frequent travel (50+%).
- Valid driver’s license, passport, and legal authorization to work in Canada.
Additional Ways to Stand Out
- Customer service experience and knowledge in tire manufacturing or testing.
- Experience in Truck Tires Sales or R&D is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
