How You Will Make An Impact

  • Support Canadian market with technical product support and warranty issues.
  • Monitor quality assurance processes and controls ensuring safety standards.
  • Provide technical training, presentations, and field support for tire products.
  • Handle warranty adjudication and provide feedback on tire failure modes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and report performance using Global Warranty system.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in tire/vehicle technology.
  • 2+ years experience in tire or vehicle technology; 4+ years if no degree.
  • Ability to stack, unstack and handle commercial vehicle tires and equipment.
  • Fluency in English and French with polished presentation skills.
  • Home office near an airport and readiness for frequent travel (50+%).
  • Valid driver’s license, passport, and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Additional Ways to Stand Out

  • Customer service experience and knowledge in tire manufacturing or testing.
  • Experience in Truck Tires Sales or R&D is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
