How You Will Make An Impact (SG 10)
Technical Product Service: Respond to technical issues, support product complaints and provide technical training to sales teams. Handle warranty adjudication, offer field support in retread and digital solutions, and help in monitoring product performance.
Customer Service & Warranty: Address technical questions from end-users, consult local sales and marketing teams, and communicate findings in the Global Warranty system. Provide technical evaluations and represent Continental at customer sites.
Performance & Quality Monitoring: Monitor quality assurance processes to meet performance, quality and safety standards. Report on new product performance relative to competitors.
This role requires active involvement in the Canadian market with frequent travel (50%+), a bilingual command (English & French), and a home office located near an airport.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in tire or vehicle technology (or 4+ years without related degree).
- Experience handling commercial vehicle tires and equipment.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to instruct effectively.
- Fluency in English & French.
- Valid driver’s license and passport; legal authorization to work in Canada.
