Role Overview: Territory Sales Manager – New York & NW Pennsylvania

This role focuses on identifying and cultivating new business partnerships in the industrial sector. You will promote engineered products, programs, and services, train distributors and end-users, and utilize CRM and business tools to drive territory performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business partnerships through distributors and end-users.
  • Promote and sell Continental’s engineered products and services.
  • Train distributors and end-users on new product applications.
  • Maintain and service existing customer accounts.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and use business technology tools.
  • Inspect equipment in manufacturing environments and provide value-added solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and other data tools for territory management.

Travel & Work Environment

This role involves 50% travel with overnight stays. You must be comfortable working in manufacturing settings and at heights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight.
  • Residency in or near Syracuse/Buffalo, NY or Northern PA.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $60,480 to $81,700 annually based on experience, plus a variable incentive program. Benefits include immediate medical benefits, robust total rewards, paid time off, tuition assistance, employee discounts, 401k match, and more.
