Role Overview: Bilingual Technical Product Specialist - Truck Tire

This position plays a critical role in the Canadian market by addressing product complaints, fleet concerns, technical questions and warranty issues related to truck tires. The role includes technical product service, warranty adjudication, field support, product performance monitoring, and customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support technical issues and respond to product inquiries.
  • Provide technical training, presentations, and support to sales teams.
  • Monitor quality assurance processes and report warranty findings.
  • Advise customers on failure modes and monitor product performance.
  • Travel frequently (50+%) to customer sites with sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years experience in tire or vehicle technology (or 4+ years without degree).
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Ability to handle Commercial Vehicle Tires and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license, passport and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Additional Advantages

  • Experience in Truck Tire Sales and/or R&D.
