About the role
Marketing Automation Manager HubSpot Setup & Marketing Operations
Are you an expert in HubSpot and passionate about clean system structures, efficient processes, and sustainable automations? Then you've come to the right place! In this role, you will take on the technical responsibility for the structurally sound setup and continuous development of our HubSpot Marketing Hub. At the interface between Marketing Specialists and operational processes, you will ensure stable data and automation structures and ensure that our marketing is technically optimally supported.
Your Responsibilities
- Technical overall responsibility for the structurally sound setup and continuous development of the HubSpot Marketing Hub, including the conception of scalable system architectures (Properties, Lifecycle Models, Lead Management Processes, Authorization Concepts).
- Conception and implementation of sustainable automations and data flow logics along the customer journey, as well as ensuring efficient data and automation structures.
- Ensuring stable data structures and high data quality, definition and further development of uniform standards for data models, as well as monitoring of data flows and integrations with connected systems.
- Analysis and implementation of technical requirements from marketing and sales, including evaluation of technical extensions, new HubSpot functions, and integrations.
- Steering and coordination of technical implementation with internal stakeholders and external partners, as well as ensuring transparent processes and defined quality standards.
- Monitoring of system and automation processes using relevant KPIs, as well as identification and resolution of technical error sources.
- Structured documentation of system architectures, processes, and best practices, as well as support for the specialist departments in using HubSpot.
- Proactive observation and evaluation of data protection requirements and new HubSpot functions for the continuous derivation and internal team development of relevant standards and best practices.
- Consulting on technical feasibility and implementation of complex campaigns in HubSpot, including integration into existing data and automation structures.
What You Should Bring
- At least three years of practical experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, ideally in the areas of Lead Management, Workflows, DOI Processes, and Campaign Control.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple topics concurrently and in a structured manner.
- Strong analytical skills and confident handling of dashboards, reporting, and KPIs.
- Sound understanding of data protection requirements in marketing processes (e.g., DOI, data flows, and consents).
- High communication and teamwork skills, as well as moderation strength in cross-departmental coordination.
- Proactive, solution-oriented work approach and enjoyment in sustainably optimizing processes and further developing standards.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, for working with international colleagues and technical documentation.
