Role Summary

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead full-scope product management for an internal product team. In this role, you will translate user needs into product solutions, partner cross-functionally, and ensure measurable business impact. You will lead a team of data engineers, software engineers, data analysts, and data scientists, managing strategic planning, road mapping, sprint management, delivery, communications and reporting.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership & Strategy: Own weekly sprint planning, monthly alignment meetings, quarterly roadmapping; prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and stakeholder needs; define vision, goals, and KPIs for the Enrichment team’s products.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team and facilitate collaboration between engineering, analytics, and business teams.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present updates, roadmaps and results to executives; support cost tracking and budget decisions; maintain transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs.

We’re Looking For Someone With

  • 3-5 years experience in Product Management in the B2B IaaS or SaaS space
  • Experience with Agile Product Management, Roadmapping & Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder alignment
  • Intermediate SQL skills to write complex queries and work with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel and Data Analysis abilities (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • A strong ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision needed

Additional “Nice to Have” Skills

  • Data Cloud Familiarity with GCP, Snowflake, and AWS S3
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques
  • Comfortable with data analytics to drive product decisions

Salary

The annual base salary for this role is between $130,000 – $150,000 based on experience, with potential performance-based bonus, company equity, 401(k) matching, work-from-home flexibility, and subsidized health benefits.
