Responsibilities and Duties

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Artificial Intelligence solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and intelligent automation, working agnostic of models, frameworks, platforms, and vendors.
• Engaging in the collection, understanding, and refinement of requirements with business areas, translating complex problems into viable AI and Generative AI use cases.
• Technically leading initiatives involving LLMs, including chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, summarization, classification, content generation, and cognitive automation.
• Defining, implementing, and evolving MCPs (Model Context Protocols) for context orchestration, prompt governance, versioning, traceability, and secure integration between AI models and corporate systems.
• Defining, disseminating, and applying best practices for architecture, versioning of models, prompts, security, ethics, responsible use, and AI governance.
• Working with structured and unstructured data, ensuring quality, curation, traceability, and adherence to corporate policies.
• Integrating AI solutions with legacy systems, APIs, knowledge bases, data pipelines, and cloud services.
• Ensuring the performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and monitoring of AI and LLM solutions in production (MLOps / LLMOps).
• Supporting and mentoring full and junior analysts, acting as a technical reference in AI, LLMs, and intelligent solution architecture.
• Participating in technical feasibility analysis, risk assessment, cost evaluation, regulatory impact assessment, and the elaboration of estimates and delivery planning.
• Working collaboratively with Data, Information Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Legal areas, ensuring regulatory compliance, privacy, and data protection.
• Documenting models, prompts, MCPs, workflows, technical decisions, and premises, ensuring transparency, auditability, and knowledge maintenance.
• Supporting the evolution of the company's Artificial Intelligence strategy, contributing to standardization, scalability, governance, and maturity in the use of AI and Generative AI.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analysis and Development of Systems, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
