Overview

The Sr. Channel Manager New England at Consolidated Communications will drive growth and revenue through managing and optimizing a network of channel partners. This role focuses on developing and executing channel strategies, building strong partner relationships, and aligning efforts with overall business objectives.

Major Duties

Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies aligned with company sales and growth objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize partner engagement and market penetration.

Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners. Attend virtual and in-person meetings and events, serve as a primary point of contact, and ensure consistent communication and support.

Sales Performance Management: Set sales targets, track KPIs, and conduct business reviews. Manage pipelines in CRM to drive performance and ROI.

Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.

Collaboration: Work closely with partner enablement, marketing, product, and customer support teams to align go-to-market strategies and campaign execution.

Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather partner feedback, analyze market trends and competitive landscape, and provide regular performance reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with 10 years’ related experience. Must have strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry are required.

Work Arrangement & Benefits

This is a hybrid role with work-from-home and field visits including occasional time at CCI offices. Physical demands are minimal. Salary

Pay range is $68,291 – $102,436 plus commission, based on skills and experience.
