Job Summary
The Program Manager, Transformation Office at Consilio LLC reports to the Aurora Program Director within Consilio’s Transformation Office department. This role is crucial for the high-level management, tracking, and execution of day-to-day project tasks, primarily focusing on leading the delivery of Consilio’s product suite as it comes to market. The Program Manager will drive results and communicate effectively across all organizational levels, collaborating with stakeholders in Development, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services, and reporting progress to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements.
- Communicates appropriately, clearly, and effectively with project team, implementation partner(s), internal operations, and executive leadership.
- Understands internal service level commitments and turnaround times and sets expectations appropriately.
- Makes informed decisions on how to set expectations through collaboration with internal project teams and understands constraints and risks.
- Serves as the Program Manager on more than one project at a time.
- Exercises sound judgment and escalates issues appropriately.
- Contributes to, understands, and executes Transformation Office best practices.
- Creates and maintains a positive and productive work culture among the Transformation and other internal teams.
- Develops understanding of and skills for managing the product GTM process and evangelizes it in the organization.
- Strives to continuously develop technical knowledge of the product suite.
- Understands and promotes communication between stakeholders in order to execute effectively internally and externally.
- Develops understanding of workflows, processes, and best practices related to ELT reporting and insights.
- Complies with department policies and works within parameters of role.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience.
- Project management certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, program management, transformation consulting or other closely related roles.
- 3+ years’ experience with enterprise-wide technology implementations.
- Experience with rolling out org-wide trainings and/ or change management initiatives is preferred.
- Formal training in Agile Project Management; certification preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working on multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints.
- The ability to drive project timelines and objectives and hold team members accountable regardless of level of authority (lead by influence).
- Proven ability to work with consulting partners to maximize quality and value while maintaining costs.
- Excellent project and process management skills in handling projects, priorities and deliverables against deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationships skills with the ability to communicate technology solutions to non-technical teams.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates excellent scheduling, organization, prioritization and planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and analytic capabilities in Excel required; working knowledge of Smartsheet and SharePoint preferred.
- Experience managing projects related to acquisitions and mergers would be helpful.
- Experience working with dashboard programs such as Power BI or Domo is a plus.
