Consilio LLC is seeking a Hosting Analyst to perform essential hosting activities for data preparation, attorney review, and production. This role involves user and case administration, document loading, search execution, and index management, as well as preparing data for production through conversion, branding, exporting, and load file generation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hosting activities for attorney review, including user/case administration, document loading, searches, and index management.
  • Prepare data for production by converting documents, branding, exporting, and generating load files.
  • Respond to and manage incoming service requests via various communication channels.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and conduct quality control evaluations for all processes.
  • Collaborate effectively within a project team environment.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as user access errors, TIFF conversion errors, and file loading errors.
  • Execute end-to-end document productions.
  • Assist in resolving software issues related to supported applications.
  • Provide support for escalated service requests, including problem identification and resolution.
  • Address moderate technical issues including document permission errors, production export errors, custom object troubleshooting, and data normalization.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a litigation support environment, preferably with eDiscovery systems and terabyte-sized matters.
  • Proficiency with data hosting services (case administration, data loading, query performance, export preparation).
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, facilitation) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Customer service oriented, with a willingness to work additional hours and weekends as needed.
