The Data Analytics Sr Consultant at Consilio LLC is a detail-oriented role requiring strong communication and leadership skills. You will leverage tools like Relativity, Brainspace, and Excel to understand client needs, propose solutions, and manage workflow execution from start to finish. This is an opportunity to be a subject matter expert and drive process improvements in the eDiscovery field.Responsibilities
- Relativity Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of Relativity's UI, concepts, machine learning, and search capabilities.
- Independent Contributor: Proactively identify and drive process improvements within the team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Workflow Implementation: Implement complex Data Analytics workflows with minimal supervision.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
- Technology Assisted Review (TAR): Directly lead complex or high-profile TAR projects.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as an SME for all analytics offerings, presenting to clients and internal teams.
- Opportunity Identification: Spot analytics opportunities and collaborate with other teams to capitalize on them.
- Solution Communication: Communicate, coordinate, and implement solutions and workflows effectively to project teams.
- Strategy Development: Advise internal teams on existing strategies and workflows, and develop new ones.
- Project Audits: Perform full project audits as needed.
Additional Responsibilities/Details
- Strategic Alignment: Understand business needs and tailor solutions to meet both project and corporate objectives.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential conflicts with Consilio's business interests in workflows and agreements, proposing alternative solutions.
- Metrics Tracking: Accurately enter billing time and culling metrics according to team expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: J.D., Paralegal Certificate, or a Bachelor of Science in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Retrieval Sciences, etc.), or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: 4+ years of experience.
- Other Requirements: Extensive experience with Relativity UI, proven work experience in the eDiscovery industry, extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, and relevant industry certifications.
