Overview

Consilio is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Internal Communications to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our internal communications programs across the globe. This role ensures that employees are informed, inspired, and aligned with the company’s mission, strategic priorities, and culture.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, partner with senior leadership, and serve as a trusted advisor.

Content Development & Channel Management: Write, edit, and distribute communications; manage monthly newsletters, internal channels and digital assets; craft messaging for all organizational levels.

Event Planning & Employee Engagement: Coordinate global events, lead video meetings and town halls, and collaborate with HR to drive engagement.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics, gather employee feedback, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

Over 8 years in corporate/internal communications with strategic experience, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, light creative production know-how, and strong project management. Experience with tools like Workshop, RingCentral, and Cvent is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is necessary.
