Overview

The Legal Operations Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department at Consilio LLC. The role supports strategic initiatives, manages legal technologies, analyzes data, and improves processes to ensure peak performance in legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Support and improve eDiscovery programs, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Technology Management: Monitor eDiscovery mailbox, manage legal hold communications, and administer legal technology platforms (e.g., Exterro, legal hold systems).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report legal department metrics.
  • Vendor & Project Management: Assist with vendor evaluations, manage document collections, and support cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain legal documentation and collaborate on risk mitigation and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; 2–5 years of experience in legal operations or project management; strong analytical skills; proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI; and familiarity with legal tech platforms.

Preferred Skills

Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification, experience in corporate legal departments or law firms, and understanding of legal hold systems and M365.
