About MetaMask

MetaMask is embarking on its next chapter: scaling as a global consumer product. We are actively seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to fortify product and cross-functional operations. This role will help teams consistently deliver high-quality products, increase revenue, and achieve key product KPIs through continuous improvement initiatives.

You will join a team of Product Operations Managers working across multiple product lines. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams. Your primary goal will be to remove friction from product development, enhance execution rigor, and ensure critical initiatives launch smoothly and on schedule. This is a highly execution-focused and systems-oriented role, offering significant opportunities to influence at scale through robust process design, data utilization, and automation.

What You’ll Do

• Champion a scalable product development process to increase velocity, transparency, and quality across teams.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to remove friction from the product development process, ensuring the smooth launch of critical initiatives.
• Develop systems that improve cross-functional communication and alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing, and Release teams, ensuring strong execution at every release.
• Own and continuously improve the product delivery tech stack to enhance async communication, visibility, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Build systems to translate business and customer insights into actionable product decisions, informing product strategy and prioritization.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to automate reporting, workflows, and operational tasks, reducing manual overhead and increasing leverage.
• Contribute to raising overall product team maturity, quality standards, and execution discipline across teams.

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in a tech-driven, scaling organization.
• Obsession for improving processes, tools, and operational efficiency in product organizations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in an ambiguous and changing environment.
• Expert communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements.
• Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and an eye for continuous improvement.
• Experience working with global teams and managing projects across multiple time zones.
• Strong hands-on experience on the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence).
• Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Bonus points

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing technology start-up.
• A Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt).
• Experience in crypto or Web3 environments.
