Role Overview
The Marketing Analytics Manager role within the Data & Analytics team of the Office of the COO is pivotal for driving data-based marketing decisions. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Platform teams to implement sophisticated measurement techniques, provide actionable insights, and improve the return on marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing leadership to define success metrics.
- Mentor and manage 1-2 direct reports.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports for senior leadership.
- Work with a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Segment, Mixpanel, dbt, Cube, Preset, and HubSpot.
- Improve marketing performance through actionable data insights and storytelling.
- Design process improvements using the latest LLMs and agentic frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong interest in Web3 and on-chain data exposure.
- Expertise in SQL and Python with hands-on dbt experience.
- Solid understanding of attribution, customer segmentation, marketing mix modeling, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and data visualization skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
