About The Role
This role is for a backend Node.js developer with production application experience to join the API Platform team. You will develop backend APIs including Price API, Token API, Account API, NFT API, and more that power MetaMask platforms.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of production experience in backend software engineering
- Expertise in Node.js development (preferably in Typescript)
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Agile project experience and CI/CD workflows
- Experience in distributed, remote team environments
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
Bonus Points
- Experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead
- Prior work with financial institutions, neobanks or web3 companies
- Academic background in Computer Science or related fields
- Experience with microservices and blockchain technologies
- DevOps practices with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of Observability stacks like Prometheus and Grafana
