About the Role

Consensus Cloud Solutions, a leading digital cloud fax and interoperability solutions provider, is looking for a Sr. Fraud Analyst to protect our billing and payments systems. You will identify vulnerabilities and proactively close gaps to maintain high security and integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own ongoing analysis of fraudulent activity on billing and payment platforms.
• Measure, adapt, and implement fraud control enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Develop profiles of exploiters and educate internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Infosec, Billing, and Finance on related projects.
• Support integration of fraud prevention techniques in new products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

Over 5 years experience as a Fraud Analyst with strong technical background and excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in SQL coding; familiarity with Machine Learning and AI is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years in Machine Learning and AI
• CFE, CAMS certifications
• Background in AML/KYC
• BS in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Basic telecom systems knowledge

Additional Details

This is a fully remote role (Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred) with up to 10% travel. Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 USD annually, with additional benefits and annual performance bonus.
