A consulting firm is looking to hire an HR Consultant to join their team in Girona. We are currently seeking a SENIOR SELECTION CONSULTANT (M/F) for our team of specialists in technical profiles for the industrial and/or technological sectors in Girona.
Mission and Responsibilities
Reporting to the area manager, you will be a key player in the specialist consulting team, managing selection processes from start to finish and contributing to the growth of the client portfolio, adhering to Axxon's methodology and quality standards.
Job Conditions
- Contract: Permanent
- Schedule: Flexible entry hours (8:15 AM - 9:15 AM) and exit hours (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM).
- Fridays feature an intensive workday (8:00 AM - 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM).
- Possibility of remote work one day per week.
- Salary: €30,000 - €45,000 gross per year.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Full management of selection processes, from profile definition with the client to the presentation and recommendation of finalist candidates.
- Recruit and evaluate TECH & IT profiles: Engineering, Automation & Robotics, IT sector, Industrial Assembly & Maintenance, Quality & R&D, among others.
- Manage the hiring and labor procedures for individuals placed at clients' disposal in the temporary employment service.
- Monitor the onboarding and adaptation process of selected candidates in their new roles.
- Visit, advise, and retain the assigned client portfolio to contribute to business generation.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- University degree, preferably in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in personnel selection process management.
- Experience in personnel selection services, temporary work, or other services (Outsourcing, etc.).
- Experience in HR departments within end-user companies in the industrial or technological sector is highly valued.
- A professional background in positions requiring direct contact with clients (both companies and candidates).
Other Requirements
- Proficiency with platforms, software, and digital tools for recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of major job portals and professional social networks.
- Fluent in Catalan/Spanish.
- Advanced English (highly valued).
Professional Licenses
- Type B driver's license.
