The Connors Group is seeking motivated students to join as Intern Analysts or Co-Ops for Fall 2026. In this role, you will participate in client consulting projects, contributing as an Analyst while learning the intricacies of a consultant's role. Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Successfully completing data collection for various studies across diverse industries.
- Communicating professionally with clients and project teams at all levels.
- Managing your time effectively, reporting progress to your project lead, and working productively during assigned observation periods.
- Traveling extensively (80-100%), sometimes independently, throughout the US.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
Interns and Co-Ops may encounter challenging and non-standard work environments, including:
- Variable hours: Evenings (5 PM - 10 PM), overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM), and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Physical demands: Continuous walking and standing for entire shifts.
- Environmental factors: Working at client sites with non-standard temperatures, potentially ranging from below 32° to above 70°, and between 37° and 50°.
