Intern Analyst/Co-Op - Fall 2026

The Connors Group is seeking motivated students to join us as Intern Analysts or Co-Ops for Fall 2026. This role offers the opportunity to participate in client consulting projects, contributing as an Analyst while learning the essential functions of a consultant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete data collection activities for various types of studies across multiple industries.
  • Communicate professionally with all levels of employees at client sites and within the project team.
  • Manage your time effectively, report task progress to your project lead, and work productively during assigned observation durations.
  • Travel extensively (80-100%), sometimes independently, throughout the US.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Learn the role of a professional consultant and the technical skills required for an effective Industrial Engineer.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work alternative hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Work directly with experienced teams, including peers and senior consultants.
  • Engage with a variety of client companies in the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail industries.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and solve problems.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA in Industrial Engineering courses.
  • Access to reliable auto transportation and a major US airport.

Working Conditions

Interns and Co-Ops may be required to work in challenging, non-standard environments, which could include:

  • Time of Day: Evenings (5 PM - 10 PM), overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM).
  • Days of Week: Weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
  • Physical Activity: Continuous walking and standing for the entire shift.
  • Environment: Client sites with abnormal temperatures, potentially above 70°, between 37° and 50°, and below 32°.
