About the role
HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist
ConnectOS is seeking a part-time HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires working 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM Manila time.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience with HubSpot, specifically in email marketing and workflows.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and performance metrics.
- Experience with audience segmentation and automation strategies.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with email layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- HubSpot certifications (Email Marketing, Marketing Software, etc.).
- Familiarity with Hubspot data management.
- Experience working in B2B or SaaS environments.
What You'll Do:
- Create, build, and deploy email campaigns within HubSpot, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional sends.
- Design and format emails using existing HubSpot templates and the drag-and-drop editor.
- Segment contact lists and ensure proper audience targeting.
- Set up and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
