About the Role: Client Service Manager
The Client Service Manager (CSM) oversees the overall Sales and Service functions and ensures all operational procedures are properly performed while maintaining an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Bank’s People First culture by delivering exceptional service.
- Interview, hire, train, and coach staff to meet client needs.
- Manage team operations including scheduling, sales, and daily transactions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and safety practices.
- Facilitate team meetings and support proactive client engagement.
- Promote the ConnectOne brand through community involvement and strategic relationship building.
Required Skills and Experience
- Five to seven years of banking experience with retail branch exposure.
- Strong management, leadership and coaching abilities.
- Expert knowledge of deposit products, lending, and cash management services.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Familiarity with Federal and State banking regulations and security practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
