Role Description
As a Microsoft Solution Sales Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor helping organizations unlock the power of Microsoft technologies like Azure, AI, Modern Work, and Security solutions. You will own the strategy for driving Microsoft services adoption, collaborating with internal sales teams, Connection leadership, and Microsoft field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Microsoft solution sales across Azure, AI, Modern Work, and Security.
- Identify, forecast, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to accelerate cloud consumption and managed services adoption.
- Build and nurture executive relationships with customers and partners.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft technologies to help customers achieve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive cloud, security, and managed service solutions.
- Consistently exceed sales, service, and profitability goals through proactive pipeline development.
Qualifications
7+ years of IT or technology sales experience with proven success selling to Director and C-level executives. Must have deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Security, Modern Work, or AI), a strong understanding of the VAR and IT channel landscape, and a consultative sales mindset with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
