Role Overview: Customer Success Onboarding Manager

In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for SMB customers, guiding them through the critical first phase with our product. You will:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off to activation.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions for proper configuration and implementation.
  • Guide customers to achieve quick wins and adopt the platform.
  • Ensure strong usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify at-risk clients and mitigate churn through proactive strategies.
  • Collaborate internally with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams.
  • Continuously optimize onboarding processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) - MUST
  • 1+ years experience in SaaS onboarding or customer-facing roles
  • Experience working with SMB clients
  • Strong presentation and training skills
  • Tech-savvy with a fast learning curve
  • Highly organized with multi-project management skills
  • Team player with a positive, empathetic attitude

Work Details
