Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate quality initiatives and support facility management.
  • Oversee manufacturing quality processes, inspections, and tests.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts including Lean Manufacturing and 5S projects.
  • Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) and Supplier Quality Program.
  • Mentor and coach quality staff while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Certified Conn-Selmer Quality Technician or equivalent experience.
  • Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Associates degree in quality, engineering, business or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and a mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing environment.
