Position Overview: Order Management Representative
The Order Management Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager and is responsible for supporting and managing assigned accounts, processing orders, and handling customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage National Account and Specialty Orders.
- Answer customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Process orders accurately following company policies.
- Perform order compliance audits and reviews.
- Plan shipments using Conn-Selmer’s ERP system.
- Maintain promotion entries as assigned.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and meet metrics.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; 3 years experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Dynamics a plus.
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Team player with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Music or band instrument knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
