Job Overview: Account Executive, Growth

As a Growth Account Executive at Conga, you’ll drive high‑velocity sales cycles and close a high volume of SMB deals in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment. You’ll work closely with customers, Marketing and Sales Engineering to rapidly build pipeline, qualify opportunities, run efficient demos, and move prospects through the funnel with speed and precision. Core aspects of the role include executing a focused territory plan, managing a robust pipeline, prospecting consistently, and collaborating with RevOps and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth deal progression. If you thrive in a dynamic SaaS environment, enjoy managing multiple opportunities at once, and are motivated by quick wins and continuous momentum, this role is for you.

Why it’s a big deal: Growth Account Executives are responsible for sourcing new logos and expanding current customers through up-sell and cross-sell motions with customers under $500 million. Using your sales knowledge and prospecting skills is crucial to keeping our business strong!

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant Experience: Proven success selling SaaS products across the EMEA region, with a minimum of one year in a closing role.
  • Languages: Native or C2‑level English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong advantage.
  • Desire: We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing, and results-driven sales professional who wants to learn, grow and creatively find success.
  • Strong Prospecting Experience: The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas and loves the thrill of the hunt.
  • Strategic Mindset: You excel at conducting deep discovery, aligning with multiple decision-makers, and building meaningful, trust-based relationships. You proactively develop and advance pipeline, deliver clear value to customers, create urgency around priorities, and consistently close high‑quality deals.
  • Initiative: You don’t wait for direction—you make things happen. You’re proactive in driving your own work forward, and when you spot an opportunity to improve a process or introduce a project that benefits the team or organization, you take ownership. You build a proposal, collaborate with stakeholders, and see it through. This mindset reflects a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a bias for action.
