About The Role

This role is for self-motivated individuals who thrive on challenges and are ready to help realize Confluent’s enormous potential. You will work directly with customers, troubleshoot deployment issues, contribute to process development, and provide real-time feedback to the engineering team.

What You Will Do

• Work with customers to resolve deployment issues.
• Contribute to building efficient support processes.
• Communicate feedback to our Engineering team.
• Improve product documentation and knowledge base.
• Create and review product demos and tools.
• Collaborate with the team behind Apache Kafka.

What You Will Bring

• Passion for streaming data and domain expertise in the Confluent Data Stream Platform.
• Strong technical support skills and debugging expertise.
• Proficiency in Java or Scala.
• Experience troubleshooting customer issues and working with distributed systems.
• Operational knowledge with Linux environments and mainstream distributed systems (Kafka, Kafka Connect, Spark, etc.).
